Due to the nature of our business Karen’s Kloset does not accept Returns or Exchanges for merchandise purchased in store.

Items purchased online and picked up in store may be refunded at the time of pick up, less a 3% restocking fee.

Karen’s Kloset stands behind the authenticity of all our items 100%.
